Consignment
Not only do we host estate sales, but we also offer individual consignment of items if you only have a few pieces you're hoping to sell! The fee structure for individual consignment is 50% of profit made. Please contact us for more information on consignment of individual items.
We also offer gold and sterling silver buyouts if you have any you're looking to part with.
Full Service Estate Sales
Need to clear a home in order to sell or lease? We can help! Fees vary based on home, contents, and labor needed. Our estate sales function on a split-fee rate, meaning once we walk your property and determine the level of work it will require, we will quote you based on a split-commission rate. Our commission covers our labor, staffing, and advertisement fees.
Home Organization & Downsizing Assistance
Need assistance beginning the process of downsizing or decluttering your home? We can help! For a varied hourly rate, we come in to help organize, help determine what to take to your next home, donation hauls, and more!
Home Styling
One of our favorite things is staging, so we've implemented a home staging option to help you with those rooms that you've been trying to design! We take a "use what you've got" approach to keep it affordable. We can come in on an hourly or daily rate to help rearrange your space to make that room feel like YOU! We can also help source the right pieces for your space if wanted.

What is an estate sale?
An Estate Sale is a way of liquidating the belongings of a family or estate. The most common reasons behind having or needing an estate sale are: downsizing, moving, divorce, bankruptcy, or death. The public is invited into the home during a designated time and given the opportunity to purchase any item that is for sale. The entire event is managed from start to finish by Haven Estate Sales so that you don't have to worry about a thing.
Are you insured?
Yes! We are fully insured with General Liability coverage, paid for by Haven Estate Sales, Inc. Your homeowner policy should also remain active through the remainder of the sale.
How do you price my items?
We have a wealth of experience in pricing items backed by research and market trends. We actively look up each item for pricing purposes with the goal of getting the client the best possible payout for their belongings.
Can I be present in my home during the sale?
Can I remove items from the home once the process begins?
Why should I hire an estate sale company instead of handling this on my own?
We kindly request that our clients NOT be present during staging, pricing, sale days, and closing processes. We have found most success when clients, friends and family are not involved in our sale processes. We are always available to you if questions or concerns may arise.
No. During our walkthrough and contract signing, the agreed upon items are what we are basing and booking the sale on. Removing items from the home impedes with our ability to host a successful sale. Haven Estate Sales reserves the right to cancel a sale if items are removed after the agreement has been made.

What happens to the items that do not sell?
Here at Haven Estate Sales, we partner with several local charities and organizations to ensure any leftover items that do not sell from your estate go to meaningful causes! For example, leftover towels and blankets go to the local animal shelters. Leftover clothing goes to men's and women's shelters. We are passionate about not adding to the landfill in any way we can avoid, so our local charitable partnerships ensure that your usable items never go to the trash and always go to those in need.
Are there any fees associated with hiring you to host an estate sale for us?
You should never see any money coming out of pocket when hiring us! The only "fees" you may incur are for any trash hauls that are needed to help clear your property. In our experience, there is almost always a trash haul needed to discard broken or unsellable items. We try our best to keep the trash to a minimum and never throw away anything that can be sold! The cost of the trash hauls come out of your bottom line, so you'd see the deduction from your paycheck with receipt showing cost. It's never an out of pocket cost, simply money you never see.
How much money will we make?
There's no clear way to answer this question, and we know that's not easy to hear! The revenue produced relies on the types, quality, and quantity of items in the home and so much more. What we can encourage you with is that this is what we do for a living, so we are very motivated to sell your items! There’s no real way to give an average because every home is completely different.
As a shopper, should I haggle on prices?
There’s no need for negotiations at Haven Estate Sales. We always price based on fair market value and can assure you you're getting the best deal possible! If there is something you have your eye on, but it's outside of your budget, keep in mind that the final days of the sale often are discounted.
