Need to clear a home in order to sell or lease? We can help! Fees vary based on home, contents, and labor needed. Our estate sales function on a split-fee rate, meaning once we walk your property and determine the level of work it will require, we will quote you based on a split-commission rate. Our commission covers our labor, staffing, and advertisement fees.
Home/Office Organization & Downsizing Assistance
Need assistance beginning the process of downsizing or decluttering your home or office? We can help! For a varied hourly rate, we come in to help organize, help determine what to keep, donation hauls, trash removal, and more!
Home & Office Styling
One of our favorite things is staging, so we've implemented a home staging option to help you with those rooms that you've been trying to design! We take a "use what you've got" approach to keep it affordable. We can come in on an hourly or daily rate to help rearrange your space to make that room feel like YOU! We can also help source the right pieces for your space if wanted.
Consignment
Not only do we host estate sales, but we also offer individual consignment of items if you only have a few pieces you're hoping to sell! The fee structure for individual consignment is 50% of profit made. Please contact us for more information on consignment of individual items.
We also offer gold and sterling silver buyouts if you have any you're looking to part with.
Estate Clean Out
We offer fast, reliable property clean-out services for homes and offices that need to be cleared out quickly and efficiently. Whether you’re facing a tight deadline, preparing a property for sale, or managing a transition and an estate sale is not a fit for the property, our team handles the sorting, removal, donation coordination, and disposal from start to finish. We work swiftly and respectfully to leave the space clean, empty, and ready for what’s next. A property walk with our clean out partners will be required prior to being able to provide a quote for this service. Walkthroughs are free of charge!
Unpacking & Setup Services
We provide full unpacking and setup services to help you settle into your space quickly and seamlessly. From organizing and putting rooms together to hanging artwork and styling shelves, we handle the details that turn boxes into a beautifully functioning home or office. Our team creates thoughtfully arranged, polished spaces so you can feel comfortable, productive, and at home from day one.​ We take your needs into consideration as we set up your spaces - ensuring they are as functional as they are polished.
