She was very professional in everything she did, including preparing the house for the sale, advertising the sale and conducting the sale. The house had not been cleaned in a long time and she cleaned it up really well and at the end of the sale the house was completely empty and clean. I needed to arrange an estate sale remotely - and thank goodness Haven Estate Sales was recommended to me. Aubrey is wonderful - very communicative, knows the market well, follows up on her commitments, and wonderfully personable. Just to give you an idea - we had a grandfather clock that had stopped working years ago - on her own initiative - she made some calls and fixed the clock herself. Wow.
